Annie Pulsipher
“The Trouble With Dead Boyfriends” Book and Lyrics
Annie Pulsipher started writing short plays in high school that were primarily an excuse to make cheesy puns, rant about feminism, and use an excessive amount of stage blood … she is still quite fond of this. She’s had productions and readings of her work across the country including Kensington Theatre, the Tribeca Film Festival, and The Player’s Theatre Off-Broadway. Her screenplay, The Glowing Gene, won the Sloan Student Grand Jury Prize from the Tribeca Film Institute. She is a graduate of CMU’s Dramatic Writing Program and member of the BMI Librettists Workshop.
