Job Description
Discovering Broadway Inc., an arts organization based in Indianapolis, is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, collaborative, self-motivated individual to join the organization as the Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, thorough, and, above all, a problem solver. Candidates should be teachable, eager to learn, and flexible as Discovering Broadway Inc. is a startup non-profit that serves ever-changing needs of artists and Central Indiana. Candidates must be trustworthy of information regarding high-profile new musicals and intellectual property.

The ideal candidate is deeply connected with our mission to rethinking new musical’s “road to Broadway.” We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about their community, ambitious new endeavors in the arts and culture sector, and desires to make a long-term impact for Indiana.
