Five Points Launch Party

Douglas Lyons, Ethan Pakchar, and Harrison David Rivers participated in the last writer’s retreat of Discovering Broadway’s 2022 season. From October 9 until October 14th, the Five Points creative team stayed at the Hotel Carmichael, Autograph Collection to workshop the new musical.

A launch party for this new musical was held on October 14th. We brought out Broadway’s Olivia Phillip and Amelia Cormack to help showcase the two songs from the show at this event. A launch party plays a critical part in a new musical’s marketing plan, as the event’s attendees begin generating buzz in anticipation for the full concert, which took place the following February. “Five Points” was the fifth musical to receive incubation resources from Discovering Broadway Inc.
